毕业论文 （20_ _届） 武义县五金企业转型升级研究 摘 要 转型是企业发展过程中的战略选择，是企业保持持续发展或克服衰退重新获得竞争优势的重要手段，随着全球经济的发展和国内外环境的变化，企业面临着越来越多的挑战。许多企业选择其转型和升级来渡过其困难，然而转型在给企业带来发展机会的同时也带来巨大的风险。 该论文主要研究浙江五金企业在面对企业转型升级时所遇到的风险问题研究，从而减少损失发生的可能性，并进一步提高企业面临转型风险的承受力。五金企业在浙江中小企业中属于薄弱群体。我们将重点研究其五金企业的转型升级的途径选择和风险问题的讨论。 本文的基本思路是：首先，是对企业转型升级的概述，如企业转型升级的定义和企业转型升级的特征；第二，对武义县地区五金企业发展现状进行表述；第三，重点研究武义维恩特五金厂的问题及转型情况；最后，探讨了企业转型升级风险规避的途径和方法。 关键词：Abstract The process of transformation is the development of a strategic choice to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises, or to overcome the slump to regain an important means of competitive advantage, as the global economic development and environmental changes at home and abroad, enterprises are facing increasing challenges. Many companies have chosen to spend its restructuring and upgrading of its difficulties, but transition to the enterprise development opportunities at the same time it also brings great risks.
