毕业论文 （20_ _届） 新生代农民工培训需求分析研究 摘 要 改革开放30多年来，农民工内部出现了代际的更替，新生代农民工已经取代老一代农民工登上历史舞台。他们逐渐成为了我国经济建设的产业工人，成为了我国社会主义新农村建设的主力军。相对于老一代农民工来说，他们更加认同城市文化，渴望以自己的智力和双手融入并且最终扎根于城市。但由于社会、政治和农民工自身等因素影响，新生代农民工成为真正的“市民”，成为社会主义现代化建设的工人阶级还存在很多困难。因此，构建完善的新生代农民工培训体系，通过培训提高新生代农民工职业技能和自身素质，对我国城市化进程的快速推进，顺利实现我国社会转型有着战略意义。然而，该培训体系的构建不是一蹴而就的，必须通过社会各界层层推进，在理论和实际上从各个角度去研究、完善，才能构建适合我国国情的新生代农民工培训体系。 本文通过问卷调查的形式对湖州童装产业新生代农民工培训需求进行调查，采用SPSS17.0对数据进行处理分析，得出湖州童装产业新生代农民工的培训需求特点，探索湖州在对新生代农民工培训过程中的一些不足之处。并针对这个结论提出了相关建议，希望为企业和政府更好地构建新生代农民工培训体系上提供理论依据。 关键词：新生代农民工；培训需求；湖州童装产业Abstract 30 years of reform and opening, appeared on behalf of migrant workers within the international turnover, the new generation of migrant workers have replaced the older generation of migrant workers stage of history. They have gradually become industrial workers in Chinas economic construction, China has become the main force in building new socialist countryside. Relative to the older generation of migrant workers, they more recognition of urban culture, eager to integrate into their own hands and, ultimately, intelligence and rooted in the city. However, due to social, political and migrant workers themselves and other factors, the new generation of migrant workers to become truly public and a working class socialist modernization there are still many difficulties. Therefore, building a complete training system for the new generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers through training to improve vocational skills and their quality, on the rapid urbanization process in China to promote the smooth realization of social transformation in China has a strategic significance.
