毕业论文 （20_ _届） 大学生职业生涯规划需求现状及影响因素研究 摘 要 SPSS17.0数据分析软件，用多元线性回归分析的方法，对职业生涯规划的影响因素进行分析。结果表明：大学生职业生涯规划需求强烈，体现出一定的层次性。而学生的自我认知是大学生职业生涯规划的重要影响因素。最后，基于上述研究，探讨了建立大学生职业生涯规划长效机制的途径和策略。 关键词：；； Abstract In recent years, Chinas college students in employment is sometimes faces an awkward phenomenon called as graduation namely unemployment. What account for this? Except for bad employment system, the population problem and jobs and the contradiction between the quality of talents cultivation and societal needs these factors, the more important one is the siege phenomenon in university - the lack of education in career planning,. Therefore, take college students career planning as a research subject, have a practical significance. This thesis firstly carries through a review on the study of on college students career planning, and initially established framework of college career planning demand situation and Influence factors research. Secondly, through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews with relevant literature examines the demand of career planning of university student. Again, use SPSS17.0 data analysis software and the multiple linear regression analysis methods analyze the influential factors of career planning. The results of the survey indicate that: there is a heavy demand in students career planning. Finally, based on the above research, the paper has discussed the construction of college student career planning persistent effect mechanism path and strategy.
