毕业论文 （20_ _届） FDI对台州产业结构的影响及对策分析 摘 要 改革开放以来，随着台州经济的快速发展，产业结构调整在其经济发展过程中起到重要的作用。产业结构是否合理直接关系着台州经济的发展，合理的产业结构将有利于经济的发展，反之亦然。作为经济全球化进程中的一个极其重要的方面，外商直接投资已经成为全球经济快速发展最重要、最活跃的因素。台州作为一个沿海城市，其经济的发展是以民营企业为主，但光靠民营经济“一枝独秀”是不够的，必须走一条内源型与外源型相结合的发展路子。在这样的形势下，如何更好地利用外商直接投资来调整产业结构具有深远的意义。 本文应用国际直接投资和产业结构的相关理论来分析台州外商直接投资和产业结构的发展现状，指出台州吸引外商直接投资存在的问题，主要是引资规模的偏小和投向的不合理，从而从正反两方面来研究外商直接投资对台州产业结构的影响。最后，本文提出通过优化外商直接投资的产业结构、改变引资环境以及提高技术水平等对策来优化台州产业结构。 关键词：Abstract Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid of economic development in Tai Zhou. It played an important role in the development economic process with the structure of industrial adjustment. The industrial structure is reasonable directly related to the economic development well in Tai Zhou. Industrial structure of rational will contribute to economic development, and vice versa. As an extremely important way in the economic globalization, foreign direct investment has become the most important and the most active factor of global economic fast development. Tai Zhou as a coastal city, the economic development is mainly by private enterprises, but only depending on the private economy monolith is not enough, we must walk on the development path with an endogenous and exogenous type. In such a situation, how to make better use of foreign direct investment to adjust the industrial structure is of far-reaching significance. This article uses the related theory of international direct investment and industry structure to analyze foreign direct investment in Tai Zhou and the development situation of the industrial structure, and points out that the existence question in the process of Tai Zhou attracting more foreign direct investment, thus from both the positive and negative aspects to discuss the influence of direct foreign investment to industrial structure in Tai Zhou.
