毕业论文 （20_ _届） 外商直接投资对浙江制造业的影响 摘 要 外商直接投资（FDI）是当今经济活动中活跃的领域之一，而在国民经济各行业中，制造业的基础性地位是无可替代的。纵观世界上的经济发达国家，虽然各自发展路径和历史条件不同，但绝大多数国家都有一个制造业在国际上具有竞争力的时期。制造业在浙江是支柱产业，主要的税收来源，是浙江经济发展的主导力量。浙江省的外商直接投资从地区生产总值、外商直接投资的企业等数据分析，其外商投资的数额呈逐年增长态势，制造业的产业结构也在逐步升级。 外商直接投资对浙江制造业产生了深远的影响，文章选取绍兴索密克公司的案例进一步分析外商直接投资对制造业的影响，其中既包括正面影响，也包括负面影响。正面影响主要表现在提升浙江制造业工业增加值的质量, 提高浙江制造业行业的劳动生产率, 促进技术密集度低的行业的产业；负面影响的主要表现是投资倾斜助长了消费品工业的过度扩张，抢占国内市场份额，造成行业垄断，增加内资企业招聘人才的难度，扩大了行业的收入分配差距。针对以上负面影响，浙江省制造业产业结构升级需政府应重视国内企业的产业升级，运用政策积极引导外商直接投资，适当的限制外商直接投资的进入技术密集型行业，加速该行业的产业升级，对劳动和中度资本密集型行业，政府应该放开条件吸引外资的进入等对策。 关键词：Abstract Foreign direct investment (FDI) is currently active in the field of economic activities, one of the industry in the national economy, the basic position of the manufacturing sector is no substitute.
