毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江纺织品出口的环境效应分析 摘 要 ?贸易与环境的关系已成为当今国内外学者的研究热点。改革开放以来，浙江外向度不断扩大，纺织品出口也随之增加，为浙江省经济的增长做出了巨大的贡献。在纺织品出口增加的同时环境问题也日益凸显，给环境带来了巨大的破坏。我们必须弄清纺织业出口对环境有怎样的影响，并努力寻找一个平衡点使浙江纺织业有更好的发展，并且环境得到有效的保护。 本文使用了理论和实证相结合的分析方法，选取了浙江历年纺织业出口总额、纺织业废水排放量和纺织业人均资本占有量等数据对浙江纺织业出口和环境的关系做了实证分析，分别从规模效应、结构效应、技术效应三方面论证了浙江纺织业出口对环境的影响，结论显示浙江纺织业出口对浙江的环境影响是负面的。虽然结构效应和技术效应是正的，但规模效应的负影响大于结构效应和技术效应的正影响，说明浙江纺织业在技术方面还有待提升，结构方面需要进一步调整，应引进清洁技术加强对环境的保护。 关键词：Abstract The relationship between trade and environment has become the hot topic in the world today. Since reform and opening up, Zhejiang expanding export-oriented and the textile have increased. In the wave of economic globalization, Zhejiang textile export has been further developed, while environment has become increasingly prominent, to bring a lot of destruction. We must understand how the impact of textile exports on the environment, and effort to find a balance between the textile industry and the environment in Zhejiang, made the textile better development and environment protected. In this paper, it used a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, and selected several years’ data of total exports of textile, textile wastewater emissions, as well as the per capita consumption and other data on the relationship between textile exports and the environment to do the empirical analysis, from the scale effect, structural effect and technique effect. The result shows that the textile industry export demonstrate the impact of the scale effect is more than positive impact of structural and technical effects, indicating that the textile industry in technical needs to be improved further and structure adjustment. We should introduce clean technologies to enhance the environment protection.
