It play an important role in Promote economic revitalization, ease employment tension, promote international competitiveness and so on .Being leading edge of reform and open and development of economy in china, Private industry cluster are active in many sectors, it accounts for more than half of the hole province’s economy. The private industry cluster had made a great contribution on the development of economies, and it’s one of the big engine of Zhejiang’s economies. The private industry cluster’s special advantages make its export products get the obvious competitive advantages. But on the other hand, in the process of Zhejiang private industry cluster’s development there also had some difficulties which is urgently to be solved. This article based on the theory of industry cluster and export competitiveness. Discussing Zhejiang private clusters’ dual influences to the export competitive through analysis the current situation and its characteristics. The dual influences are the positive effect the cluster’s advantages make on the export competitiveness and the inhibition the exciting questions to the export competitiveness. To the problems the private cluster exciting, analysis the successful example overseas and then analysis the reason the questions rise. Put forward the suggestion and the way to develop the private cluster and improve the export competitiveness.
