毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市服务外包产业发展现状及策略研究 摘 要 随着跨国公司国际生产体系的日益完善外包作为一种商业概念和企业战略，正在全球各个产业领域流行开来，服务外包也己经成为世界范围的一种普遍现象，成为企业价值链的一环。面对服务外包产业转移的重要机遇和区域竞争压力，地处长三角地区的宁波如何利用有利条件，积极承接服务外包产业的转移，实现从制造到服务转变，是一个值得认真探讨和研究的问题。 驱动力、抑制力、机会、挑战四个方面，DRCO分析；第四章分析了国内服务外包基地城市大连的现状及发展历程，为宁波发展服务外包产业提供了可借鉴的经验。第五章在前四章的基础上从政府和企业两方面提出了宁波发展服务外包产业的对策及建议。 关键词服务外包DRCO；对策 Abstract With the multinational corporation production system daily completing， outsourcing is working as the commercial concept and the enterprise strategy. Outsourcing has become one kind of universal phenomenon in the whole word， and become an important link of enterprises value chain. Facing the opportunity of international service outsourcing industry transferring and the pressure of area competition， its worthy of studying how to make sure city can take good use of the advantage so as to carry well on service outsourcing industry by transforming “made in Ningbo” to “service in Ningbo”. This article has five parts: the first part investigates the basic concept， characteristics， classification and driving force of service outsourcing through lots of literature is the current situation of China and oversea outsourcing service industry and what is that like in Ningbo city in details separately. The third part in studies Ningbo city service outsourcing development model in the foundation for Ningbo city service outsourcing profession according to the DRCO analysis pattern， from the drivers， restraints， opportunities， challenges four aspects. The fourth, it analyzes the present situation and the development process of Chinas service outsourcing base cities Dalian, which provides the experience for Ningbo to develop its service outsourcing industry. Finally， the paper gives some policies on how to develop the service outsourcing industry of Ningbo.
