The implementation of Singapore public housing policy, has solved the problem of national residential’s living condition. It has consolidated the new state power, and promoted the integration and identity of multi-ethnic country. It has laid a solid foundation of the rise of prosperous Singapore in Asia. What we can learn from the success of Singapore’s housing strategy is,that always put the issue of peoples livelihood up to the strategic height of national survival and long-term stability;that learn and study the way of how Singapore solve the domestic ethnic and social problem though HDB1 housing; that scientific and effective systematic design, can integrate necessary national resources to achieve a more humanized scientific democratic national ， ， governance.
