奶牛乳腺对血液游离氨基酸吸收的差异性研究

摘 要 ：研究了高、低乳品质奶牛阴外动脉、腹部乳静脉血液游离氨基酸浓度 ，以及乳腺对氨基酸摄取率的差异性。采用独立样本T检验
设计，采集奶牛阴外动脉、腹部乳静脉血液 ，应用氨基酸全 自动分析仪测定17种游离氨基酸浓度 ，分析高、低乳品质奶牛对氨基酸的差
异性利用。结果表明。高乳品质奶牛组阴外动脉必需氨基酸质量浓度显著高于低乳品质奶牛组，非必需氨基酸质量浓度显著高于低乳
品质奶牛组 。高乳品质奶牛组必需氨基酸Thr，val，Met，Ile，His，Arg的摄取率显著高于低乳品质奶牛组 ；非必需氨基酸摄取率除cys外，
其他均显著高于低乳品质奶牛组
