摘 要 众所周知，灯具是我们日常生活中必不可少的物件，与我们的生活有着不解之缘。随着现代工业的不断发展和人类物质文明的进步，人们对产品的需求越来越高了，不但要求产品具有完善的、科学的使用功能，同时还要求产品的造型设计形态应具有一定的审美性和宜人性。设计的精髓是以人为本，在灯具的造型设计当中，应具有造型设计的特征和要素，遵循造型设计的原理，这样才能使灯具在外观上更符合社会的需求和满足人们的心理需要。创新是设计的灵魂，它将为灯具带来新的生命力。 本文紧密结合灯具工作环境、加工工艺、材料和机械结构，设计了一款DBD-04投光灯，它可适用于城市景观、广告牌、建筑物立面作美化照明，也可用于体育场、楼宇、码头、停车场、厂区、工程施工、舞台、特种机械等场所和设施照明，而且还可以根据场合和投射位置需要进行0~90度的投射角度调整。 关键词：灯具 机械结构 设计 照明 Abstract As everyone knows, lamps and lanterns is indispensable to our daily life objects, has the indissoluble bound with our life. With the development of modern industry and the progress of human civilization, people increasingly high demand for the product more and more, not only has the perfect products, scientific use of functions, also request product modeling design form should have a certain aesthetic and pleasant. The essence of design is people-oriented, in the design of lamps and lanterns, should have the characteristics and elements of design, follow the design principle, so as to make the lamp in appearance more in line with the needs of the society and meet the psychological needs of people.
