热带作物学报 2012，33(11)：2035—2039 ChineseJournalofTropicalCrops 龙眼叶瘿蚊虫瘿结构和发育的观察研究 胡菡青，黄镜浩，林雄杰，陈 瑾，韦晓霞，蔡子坚 福建省农业科学院果树研究所 ．福建福州 350013 摘 要 采用常规石蜡切片法和 OlympusSZX一16体视显微镜 ，观察了龙眼叶瘿蚊虫瘿的结构和发生发育过程。 结果表 明：龙眼叶瘿蚊雌成虫将卵产于维管组织附近 ．幼虫孵 出后取食刺激 ，导致虫瘿的形成 ，随着幼虫的发 育，虫瘿个体逐渐增大，瘿室外周组织发生分化 ．从外到 内大致可分为外层 、厚壁层和 内薄壁细胞层 ；根据虫 瘿组织的变化分期．结合解剖学特征．虫瘿的发育过程可分为虫瘿初始形成期 、成长分化期、成熟期以及开裂 期 4个阶段 ；虫瘿的内部结构包括表皮层 、保护层、营养层和虫室，其 中外层对龙眼叶瘿蚊幼虫和蛹的安全生 长提供保障．营养层主要成分是内薄壁细胞 ，为幼虫的生长发育提供食物来源。 关键词 龙眼叶瘿蚊；虫瘿；解剖结构；内部结构；发育 中图分类号 $439 文献标识码 A Structure and DevelopmentofInsect-gallInducedby Leaf-gall M idge，Asphondylia sp． HUHanqing，HUANGJinghao，LINXiongjie，CHENJin，WEIXiaoxia，CAIZijian InstituteofPomology,Fuji~ AcademyofAgriculturalSciences，Fuzhou，Fuji~n350013,China Abstract Conventionalparaffinsection andOlympusSZX-16 stereomicroscopewereusedtostudythestructureand developmentofinsect-gall，inducedbyLeaf-gallmidge，Asphondyia sp．Theresults showed thatthegall—midge females in longan leaves laid theireggsnear thevascular tissue of longan leaves，and when the larva hatched andbegantofeedonthe leaf mesophylltissues．Thisactivitystimulatedtheformation ofinsec卜gal1．Th einsect-gall wasincreasedwith thelarvae development．Th eanatomicalstructureofgall-room from outside to insidewasouter epidemr is，sclerenchyma layer aswellasthin-walled ceils layer．According to the change of galltissue and anatomicalfeatures，the developmentof insect-gallwasdivided into4 phases，including initiation phase，growth and differentiation phase，maturation phase and dehiscence phase．Th e internal structure of insect—gall was consisted ofepidermisthatprovided protection forthe growth of larvae and pupaeof longna leaf gallmidge， protective layer,nutritive layer,themain constituentofwhich wasthin-wailed cells，andalsoprovidean ample andreliablesourceof
