临床护理路径在血管性痴呆患者中的应用与效果评价 江皋轩，崔梅，柴振芳，吴爱莲，李明秋，黄海华 [摘要] 目的 观察临床护理路径（CNP）在血管性痴呆（VD）患者的应用与效果。 方法 选择87例VD患者，随机分为对照组43例和CNP组44例。常规组采用脑复康、银杏片、疏血通等常规治疗和常规护理，CNP组在上述常规方法治疗的基础上，改用临床路径护理模式。以简易智能状态检查量表（MMSE）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）、老年痴呆患者生活质量量表（QOL-AD）、神经精神科问卷（NPI）、总体衰退量表（GDS）等评分以及平均住院日、平均住院费用及满意度作为主要评价指标，评价护理效果。 结果 临床护理路径用于治疗VD患者2个月后，CNP组患者MMSE、ADL、QOL-AD、NPI、GDS的评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05，P＜0.0P＜0.0[文献标识码] A [文章编号] The application and clinical effects observation of clinical nursing pathway on the vascular dementia Jiang gaoxuan，(Central of Gerontology, General Hospital of Jianghan Oil Field, Qianjiang 433121, Hubei, China) [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application and the curative effects of the clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on the treatment of vascular dementia（VD）. Method A total of 87 cases with VD were randomly divided into a control group and a CNP group, 43 cases were enrolled in the control group and 44 cases in the CNP group. The control group received conventional therapy with Piracetam, Ginkgo tablet, ShuXieTong and conventional nursing, while the CNP group, on the basis of conventional therapy, were administrated with the CNP. The nursing effects were estimated by mini-mental state examination (MMSE), activity of daily living (ADL), the quality of life of AD(QOL-AD), neuropsychiatric inventory(NPI), global deterioration scale (GDS), The average hospital days, average hospital fees and the degree of satisfaction. The scores were compared between the groups before the treatment and after CNP respectively. Result Compared with those of the control group, the scores of MMSE, ADL, QOL-AD, NPI, GDS and the average hospital days, average hospital fees and the degree of satisfaction, in the CNP group presented more satisfactory figures and showed statistically difference after treatment two months (P0.05, P＜0.01).
