中国科技论文在线 贴片元件几何尺寸精密测量系统的关键技 术研究 廖强，李小伟，陈里里，吴江* 5 （重庆大学机械工程学院，重庆 400030） 摘要：几何尺寸是贴片元件的重要参数，针对现有贴片元件的几何尺寸测量方法的局限性， 搭建了以机器视觉为核心的贴片元件精密测量系统。首先，完成了测量系统的设计，并给出 了测量方案；其次，研究了相机移动及其图像采集技术、图像处理技术；最后以0805 贴片 电阻为对象，使用所构建的测量系统对其做了实验研究，重复试验5 次，测得该型号的贴片 10 电阻的长、宽的平均值分别为 2.0994mm 和 1.2963mm。实验表明本系统具有较高的测量精 度，测量值在其尺寸偏差内,可以用来测量贴片元件的几何尺寸。 关键词：机器视觉；测量系统；贴片元件；几何尺寸 中图分类号：TP391.4 15 Research on Key Technology of Precision Measurement System for Geometrical Sizes of Chip Components LIAO Qiang, LI Xiaowei, CHEN Lili, WU Jiang (College of Mechanical Engineering,Chongqing University, ChongQing 400030) Abstract: Geometrical size is one of the important parameter of chip components. In view of the 20 limitations of existing measurement methods for chip components, this paper establishes measurement system by the means of machine vision. Firstly, complete the design of measurement system and the measurement scheme is also given. Secondly, studies the camera’s movement and image acquisition technology, and image processing technology. Finally, taking type of 0805 resistor as objects, it does the experimental research by the built measurement system, repeats 5 25 times and measures the average of length and width is 2.0994mm and 1.2963mm respectively. The experiments show that the system has high measurement precision and measured value within its size deviation, and can be used to measure geometry size of chip components.
