微填充柱气相色谱法测定空气中的苯系物

5 摘要：通过直管装柱和逐步加压密实的方法可以制备内径 1mm 的 DNP/有机皂土混合固定
相的微填充柱，其填充均匀、密实度高，制备的重复性好，柱效与同一载体制备的填充柱相
当。建立了用该微填充柱测定空气中苯系物的方法，结果表明：用该微填充柱分离测定苯系
物，可在 65℃恒温条件下进行，分析时间在 8min 以内，比现行国标所用的填充柱节省时间
70%；检出限为 0.15×10-9g ，为现行国标所用的填充柱的 1/4。其结果与现行国标所用的填充
10 柱具有一致的精密度，且不存在系统误差。

Abstract: micropacked column with 1mmi.d packed with DNP/Organic bentonite mixed
stationary phase can be prepared through the methods of Straight tube column packing and
