电站固体废弃物处理监控系统的开发

5 摘要：本文以某电站辅助厂房固体废弃物处理为背景，分析了该电站水泥固化线的工艺流程，
设计了水泥固化生产过程控制系统，系统采用西门子公司的S7-400H 冗余PLC 作为现场控
制级的中央控制器，监控级采用西门子工控机，同时基于WinCC7.0 组态软件完成了系统组
态及监控界面开发与调试，达到了设计指标要求并能并及时有效处理生产过程可能出现的异
常情况。该系统提高了水泥固化线系统的自动化程度及安全性，保证该生产线的正常工作及
10 操作人员的安全。

The development of solid waste disposal monitor system in

Abstract: Based on the solid waste disposal of a power station auxiliary plant, this article analyzes
20 the process of the cement curing line and designs the production control system of for this cement
curing line. This system adopts S7-400H redundant PLC which is produced by Siemens
cooperation as central controller, and uses the Siemens IPC as the monitoring level. At the same
time, Based on the Wincc 7.0 configuration software, the system finished the system configuration
and the development and debugging of the monitoring interface to meet the technical requirements.
25 The system also can handle the unusual circumstance that may arise in this production process.
The monitoring system is designed to improve the degree of automation and the safety of this
cement curing line system, and ensure the normal work of production line and the safety of the
operational personnel.
