中国科技论文在线 Relationship management and supply chain integration: Literature review and research directions# * 5 HUO Baofeng (School of management, Xian Jiaotong University, Xian 710049) Abstract : Supply chain integration (SCI) has become an important approach of organizations cooperation and competitiveness improvement. Numerous researchers conduct the studies of the antecedents of SCI, to improve SCI. We review the influential literature related with the antecedents of 10 supply chain integration (SCI) and propose a research framework for it. The antecedents of SCI identified in this study are competitive hostility, inter-organizational relationships, including relationship important, trust, relationship commitment, power, and others.
