[Abstract] Objective Toinvestigatethevalueofcontrast-enhancedultrasonographywithGAMMAcurvefittingtechnique
onthequantitativeassessmentofintratumoralperfusion inpatientswithprimaryhepaticcarcinomas．Methods Thirtyfive
patientswithhepatocellularcarcinomas(HCC)confirmedbypathologywereenrolledinthestudy．Contrast-enhancedultra—
sonographywereperfomr edoneweekpreoperatively．Thenew quantitativesoftwarewith GAMM A fittingtechniquewas
usedtoanalyzethedynamicimageswithDICOM format．Thevalidityofthefittingcurveswasevaluatedbygoodnessoffit-
ringindex (GOF)．Throughthenew software，weacquiredthetime-intensitycurve(TIC)andgotsomequantitativeparam—
eters：increasedintensity (1)，decentcurvature(a2)，upsloperate(3)，timetopeak (TTP)，peakintensity(PI)，andar—
rivaltime (AT)．Results AlltheGOFsoffittingcurvesweremorethan0．90．Comparedwiththeliverparenchyma。the
curvesoftumorascendedanddescendedquicklywithshortTTPandAT．Thereweresignificantdifferencesofthesequanti—
tativeparametersbetweentumorandliverparenchyma (P 0．05)．Condusion Thequantitativesoftwarewith GAMM A
fittingtechniquecouldreflectthehemadynamicsofHCCobjectivelyandaccurately．Itmightprovideaquantitativebasisin
thediagnosisofliverneoplasmsandhemadynamicresaerch．
