β连环素在原发性肝细胞癌中的异常表达及其意义 作者：申海军 顾红光 金世龙 【摘要】 目的 探讨β连环素(βcatenin)在原发性肝细胞癌发生及发展过程中的异常表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测20例正常肝组织、20例肝炎后肝硬化组织和40例原发性肝细胞癌组织中βcatenin的表达。结果 正常肝组织中的βcatenin几乎全部定位表达于细胞膜，细胞质中非常少见。31例患者细胞膜上βcatenin表达缺失，缺失率为77.5%(31/40)，26例细胞质中有异位表达，异位表达率为65%(26/40)。4例肝炎后肝硬化患者细胞膜表达缺失，缺失率为20%(4/20)，9例细胞质中有异位表达，异位表达率为45%(9/20)。结论 βcatenin异常表达对原发性肝细胞癌的发生及发展可能具有重要作用。 【关键词】 β连环素 原发性肝细胞癌 免疫组织化学 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ectopic expression of the βcatenin and its significance in development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of βcatenin on mucosa of normal hepatic tissues (20 cases), hepatitic cirrhosis (20 cases) and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (40 cases) was detected by means of immunohistochemistry technique. Results In normal hepatic tissues, βcatenin expressed mainly on the cellular membrane, with little expression in cytoplasm. In 40 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, there found decreased expression of βcatenin on cellular membrane in 31 cases, with decrease rate of 77.5% (31/40), and ectopic expression of βcatenin in mucosa in 26 cases, with ectopic expression rate of 65% (26/40). While in 20 cases with hepatic cirrhosis, decreased expression of βcatenin on mucosa was detected in four cases, with decrease rate of 20% (4/20), but ectopic expression was found in nine cases, with ectopic expression rate of 45% (9/20), both of which were lower than that of normal hepatic tissues but higher than that of primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissues.
