Vol. 4 No.10/ Otc. 010 基于3DGIS的地下燃气管道风险 模糊综合评价 Fuzzy Comprehensive Risk Assessment of Underground Gas Pipeline Based on 3DGIS 郭珊珊 胡金星 摘 要 对地下燃气管道进行风险评价，可提供有效的辅助决策支持，对于建立城市地下燃气管网的安全评估综合管理 体系具有十分重要的意义。本文给出了一种基于3DGIS的地下燃气管道风险模糊综合评价方法，阐述了模糊风险评价的流 程，基于层次分析法进行管道风险因素权重分析，结合单因素相对隶属度的模糊评价矩阵，建立了模糊综合评价模型。文 章最后对研究区域燃气管道失效的问题，应用测试数据进行了模糊综合评价，计算出这片区域内管道相对风险值，并在 3DGIS场景中进行可视化展示。 关键词 3DGIS；地下燃气管道；模糊综合评价 ABSTRACT　The evaluation of the risks of underground gas pipeline can provide effective decision support aid and it is crucial to the establishment of a comprehensive safety evaluation and management system for the urban underground gas pipeline. This paper presents a method of GIS-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on underground gas pipeline risks and the flow of fuzzy risk evaluation. Meanwhile, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built herein by analyzing the pipeline risk factor weight by means of the analytic hierarchy process according to the fuzzy evaluation matrix for relative single-factor membership. Finally, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with test data is made on the failure to research the regional gas pipeline issue, the relative risk value of the pipelines in the area is calculated and visualization is made in 3DGIS scene.
