Inthispaper,anewvaporphaseinhibitor(V2)usedforidleequipmentwas testedbasedonselectingtestsandmixingtests.Itsperformancewasevaluated bystaticpowder,dynamicpowderandothercommonmethods,goodresults werealsoachievedinactualplanttest.Anti-corrosionmechanismofV2vapor phaseinhibitorwasinvestigatedbyelectrochemicalanalysis. Selectingtestsshowed,AlthoughbothCyclohexylaminecarbonatesaltand AmmoniumcarbonatehadexcellentstaticordynamicprotectingeffectsforA3 steel,andthereisnotanyrustappearancetobefoundinthesurfaceofcoupon sample,yetthevolatilizingandweightlossisheavy;Dicycolhexylaminenitrite couldntprotectA3steeleffectively,corrosionwasemergedintesting conditions;goodinhibitingeffectwasget勿theassociateduseofSodium nitriteandHexamethyleneteramineduetotheirsynergisticinhibitingeffects.
