南京航空航天大学硕士论文 中文摘要　 当 前 高 校 思 想 政 治 教 育 面 临 着 新 的 形 势，全 球 化 背 景 下 的 意 识 形态渗透、市场经济条件下的价值观影响、网络化生存方式带来的 挑战、中国社会全面发展的时代要求，使得高校思想政治教育有效 性 问 题 在 这 种 新 形 势 下 愈 益 凸 显 。　 本文从对高校思想政治教育有效性的理论界说入手，分析了当 前 高 校 思 想 政 治 教 育 有 效 性 弱 化 的 主 要 原 因：一 是 教 育 者 素 质 有 待 提高；二是大学生群体特征发生变化；三是教育目标空泛，内容僵 化；四是教育方式陈旧，载体失效；五是教育环境与主旋律不协调； 六是教育机制相对不完善。在此基础上，坚持以马克思主义理论为 指导，运用思想政治教育学的原理与方法，探究了加强和改善高校 思想政治教育工作的基本理念，并从高校思想政治教育构成要素的 角度探 讨 了 增 强 高 校 思 想 政 治 教 育 有 效 性 的 途 径 。　 在新形势下增强高校思想政治教育的有效性，必须着眼于时代 的需求和大学生全面发展的需要，着手建设高素质的高校思想政治 教育队伍；细化思想政治教育目标，优化思想政治教育内容；改进 思想政治教育方式，拓展思想政治教育载体；营造和谐的思想政治 教育环境；完善思想政治教育机制。充分发挥各要素的能动性，形 成加强和改进高校思想政治教育的合力。 　 　 　 　 关 键 词 ： 新 形 势 ， 高 校 ， 大 学 生 ， 思 想 政 治 教 育 ， 有 效 性　 　 i 新形势下高校思想政治教育有效性研究 Abstract  The  validity  of  the  ideological  and  political  education of  university faces the new situation, such as the ideological perking under the globalization, the view on the value changing coming with market economy, the information choice problem taken by the network, and the requiring with the development of China, etc . All these make the importance of the validity of ideological and political education of university needed more. This text begins from the validity theories of the ideological and political education of university, analyses the ma in courses of the validity feebleness. First, teacher ’s diathesis must be enhanced. Second, the characters of the undergraduates have changed. Third, the object of education is too floated and the content is too old. Forth, the method of education is stale and the carrier lost part of functions. Fifth, the circumstance of education is out of line with the tune of education. Sixth, the mechanism of education is faultiness. On the base of those, the text discuss the principles and the ways of strengthen the validity of the ideological and political education of university on the point of view that the inscapes of it with the guidance of Marxism theory and the pedagogic elements.
