输卵管妊娠中整合素β3及细胞基质成分层粘连蛋白及纤粘连蛋白表达的研究.DOCVIP

临床医学论文-输卵管妊娠中整合素β3及细胞基质成分层粘连蛋白及纤粘连蛋白表达的研究 　　　　　　　　　作者：侯玉兰，王绍娟，郭端英 【摘要】? 目的：探讨整合素β3、层粘连蛋白及纤粘连蛋白在输卵管妊娠发生中起到的作用。方法：采用流式细胞定量分析技术检测输卵管妊娠患者输卵管黏膜上皮、宫内膜及正常输卵管黏膜上皮、正常宫内早孕宫蜕膜组织中整合素β3、层粘连蛋白及纤粘连蛋白表达。结果：整合素β3的表达输卵管妊娠组输卵管上皮明显高于子宫内膜上皮(P0.05)及正常输卵管上皮(P0.05),低于正常子宫蜕膜,但差异无显著性(P0.05); 输卵管妊娠组子宫内膜上皮明显低于正常子宫蜕膜(P0.05),高于正常输卵管上皮,差异无显著性(P0.05);正常输卵管上皮明显低于正常子宫蜕膜(P0.05)。层粘连蛋白的表达输卵管妊娠组输卵管上皮明显高于子宫内膜上皮(P0.05)及正常输卵管上皮(P0.05), 低于正常子宫蜕膜, 但差异无显著性(P0.05); 输卵管妊娠组子宫内膜上皮明显低于子宫蜕膜上皮(P0.05),高于正常输卵管上皮但差异无显著性(P0.05); 正常输卵管上皮明显低于子宫蜕膜上皮(P0.05)。纤粘连蛋白的表达输卵管妊娠组输卵管上皮高于子宫内膜上皮(P0.05)及正常输卵管上皮(P0.05),低于正常子宫蜕膜但差异无显著性(P0.05)；输卵管妊娠组子宫内膜上皮低于正常子宫蜕膜(P0.05),高于正常输卵管上皮但差异无显著性(P0.05)；正常输卵管上皮明显低于正常子宫蜕膜(P0.05)。结论:整合素β3、层粘连蛋白及纤粘连蛋白参与胚泡异位着床于输卵管内,可能在输卵管妊娠发生过程中起到一定的作用。 【关键词】? 整合素β3；细胞外基质；层粘连蛋白；纤粘连蛋白；输卵管妊娠 　　To Study the Expression of Integrin β3 and Extracellular Matrix of Fibronectin and Laminin in Tubal Pregnancy 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the rule of integrin β3? fibronectin and laminin in tubal Pregnancy.Methods Flow crtometry was resorted to demonstrate the expression of integrin β3,fibronectin and laminin in tubal epithelium and endometrium of tubal pregnancy，normal tubal epithelium and normal decidual cells.Results The expression of integrin β3 in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy was higher than that in normal tubal epithelium and normal decidual cells(P0.05).However, expression of integrin β3, in endometrium of tubal pregnancy was lower than that in normal decidual cells(P0.05).Laminin in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy was higher than that in normal tubal epithelium, but lower than that in normal decidual cells(P0.05).Fibronectin in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy was higher than that in normal tubal epithelium, but lower than that in normal decidual cells(P0.05).Conclusion Integrin β3 ，fibronectin，laminin participated in ectopic implantation and might play a key role in tubal pregnancy. 　　Key words:Integrin β3；Extracellular matrix；Fibronectin； Laminin；Tubal Pregnancy 　　整合素β3 及纤粘连蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)、层粘连
