随着保险市场供给主体的不断增加和有竞争的保险市场体系初步形成我国保险业获得迅速发展,国内保险业的竞争将越来越激烈,保险业的竞争最终是人才的竞争。本文针对我国保险业发展的现状和人力资源管理的现状,找出在我国保险业人力资源激励机制存在的问题,并分析存在问题的根本原因,提出了建立我国保险行业完善激励机制的主要对策有:立足于保险行业员工的需求;努力实现人力资源管理的制度化、规范化;建立科学规范的价值评价体系和公平合理的价值分配体系;建立多样化、差别化、个性化的奖励制度;建立量化的绩效考核评估体系。

Abstract
As the supply of the insurance market and the increasing competition in the insurance market system has taken initial shape in Chinas insurance industry developed rapidly, the domestic insurance industry competition will become increasingly fierce, the insurance industry competition is ultimately a competition of talents.This paper focuses on the present situation of Chinese insurance industry development and the status of human resources management, find out the problems of incentive system in Chinas insurance industry human resources,and analysis of the root causes of problems, and puts forward some main countermeasures for the establishment of Chinas insurance industry to improve the incentive mechanism of insurance industry: Based on the needs of employees;o realize the human resources management system, standardization; value distribution system establishment system and a fair and reasonable value of scientific and standardized evaluation; establish the diversification, differentiation,personalized incentive system; the establishment of quantitative performance assessment system.
