农业龙头企业技术创新及其协同系统的研究 胡宝贵 杨博琼 北京农学院经管学院 （北京，102206 ） 摘要：我国农业业已取得举世瞩目的成 ，但同时我国农业科技发展也面临着挑 战。在日益激烈的农业国际竞争中，发达国家依靠其雄厚的科技实力占据明显优 势，为适应农业和农村经济发展的新阶段要求，实现农业和农村经济的持续稳定 发展，必然要推进新的农业科技创新。农业龙头企业作为农业科技创新的主体， 随着现代农业的发展，农业科技创新仅由农业龙头企业“单轮驱动” 已远远不能满 足，着眼于农业龙头企业构建“政产学研用” 的协同创新机制尤显重要。本文以演 化经济为理论基础，研究以农业龙头企业为主导的技术创新协同演化机理，总结 其演化规律，构建“多轮驱动” 的新机制，提出了以农业龙头企业为主导的“政产 学研推”协同创新政策建议。 关键词：农业龙头企业；技术创新；协同演化 Agricultural Leading Enterprises in Technological Innovation and Co-evolution S stem Hu Baogui, Yang Boqiong Economic and Management School of Beij ing Universit of Agriculture （Beij ing，102206 ） Abstract Chinas agriculture has made the remarkable achievements; in the meantime, Chinas agricultural science and technolog development is also facing challenges.
