Relationship marketing affects the development of enterprises, but also affects the thinking and behavior of the salesman. To practice the concept of relationship marketing and enable enterprises to be invincible, we must strive to improve the comprehensive quality of the salesman. This paper introduces the relationship between marketing and salesman of the quality of basic knowledge to start, first described under the concept of relationship marketing salesman quality of the development of the status in China,,the salesman lack of professional ethics in China, the expertise is not specifically, poor professional skills, physical and mental qualities owe the good aspects of the problem, and finally countermeasures to improve the quality of Chinas salesman problem in the relationship between philosophy, including the main shape corporate culture, enhancing product training, training professional skills, improving physical and mental qualities.
