Cerato triazine Compound and Create a Feeling of Strong Effects of Pain Observation of Anesthetized Cats Spirit 学生姓名：XXX 指导教师：XXX 所在院系：网络教育学院 所学专业：动物医学 研究方向：临床兽医学 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 xxxx年xx月摘 要 结合国内外猫的麻醉现状及猫的独特的科研价值和在人们生活中所占有的独特的地位，可见猫特效复合麻醉制剂的研究势在必行。课题组在前期试验及临床实践中发现对猫单独使用舒泰，在麻醉过程中心率升高30%-50%，且苏醒较为缓慢一般需要3-5h才能完全苏醒，针对这种情况课题组为依据平衡麻醉理论和猫的生理特点将舒泰复合地托咪定和强痛灵制成复方制剂。本实验旨在研究该制剂对猫镇静、镇痛及肌松效果的影响，从而初步评价该制剂的麻醉效果。 实验结果表明：以舒泰、地托咪定、强痛灵（18：5：2，按药物体积比）组成的复合麻醉麻醉制剂，对猫具有良好的麻醉效果，麻醉诱导时间为3.46±1.08min，麻醉时间为70.92±16.51min，苏醒期为23.89±5.75min，在麻醉期内镇痛完全、镇静、肌松良好且均衡。 综合试验结果表明，；；ompound anesthetic is imperative because of anesthetic research status of cat at home and abroad, unique scientific research value of cat and unique position in people’s lives. Compound anesthetic of cat was developed in this study, and anesthetic effects were evaluated comprehensively. Clinical operations were performed to validate anesthetic effects. This study may lay the foundation for next step development of special-purpose compound anesthetic for felid species. This experiment through pre-experimental, the scientific group side experiment, plans to develop combined anesthetic for cat. The experiment monitor the anesthetic effects of compound anesthetic by use of international received Datex-Ohmeda S/5TM Philips IntelliVue MP30. Liver function and kidney function were determined by UniCel DxC 800 Synchron automatic biochemistry analyzer and electrolyte by BC-2600Vet full automatic blood cells analysis. Complete blood counts(CBC) were also determined. Effects of compound anesthetic on normal physiology function disturbance were evaluated comprehensively by these monitoring results.
