·168 · 中国血吸虫病防治杂志 　2010年第 22卷第 2 期 　Ch in J Sch isto Con trol 20 10, Vo l. 22 ,No. 2 [文章编号 ] 　1005666 1 (20 10) ·论著 · 基于油镜的全自动显微图像扫描采集系统研发 及在疟疾诊断中的应用 高原 ,崔玉峰 ,周云 ,王荣武 ,杨佩才 ,李燕青 [摘要 ] 目的　研发基于油镜的全自动显微图像扫描采集系统 ,用以替代传统的人工镜检读片 ,提高疟疾镜检效率和疟原 虫检出率 。方法 　基于油镜的全自动显微图像扫描采集系统由光学显微镜 、数码摄像机 /模拟摄像机 、控制软件和普通计 算机组成 。采用盲法 ,用基于油镜的全自动显微图像扫描采集系统和传统镜下读片 ,各检读 10 张血片样本 ,每张血片读 100个视野 ,并将读得的阳性血片计数 。记录每个镜检员检读每张血片样本的时间 ,并计算读片准确率 、读片速度 、阳性 血片和阴性血片的符合率 。结果 　该系统 目前实现的基本功能为 自动位移和对焦 , 自动扫描和储存 , 自动回位和复位功 能 ,标注和自动计数 ,报告单打印等 。系统在疟疾诊断中初步应用效果 :该系统较传统读片速度提高 30. 58% ,读片的总 符合率提高 13. 33个百分点 。结论 　该系统在疟疾血片读片速度和准确度方面均优于传统镜下读片 ,且该系统操作简 单 、价格便宜 、易于推广 。 [关键词 ] 　疟原虫 ;油镜 ; 全自动 ; 扫描 ; 镜检 [中图分类号 ] 　R531. 3　　[文献标识码 ] 　A D evelopm en t of o il len sba sed fully autom a tic m icroscopy graph ic s scann ing sy stem and its prelim inary applica tion in d iagnosis of m a lar ia Gao Yuan, Cu i Yuf eng, Z hou Yun, W ang R ong w u, Yang P eica i, L i Yan qing N anj ing M un icip a l Cen ter f or D isease Con trol and P reven tion, J iangsu P rovince, N anj ing 2 10003, Ch ina [ A b stract] 　O bjective　To e stab lish an au tom atic m icro scop e scann ing system ba sed on the o illen s for rep lacing the traditional m anual m icro scopy reading of b lood film s to imp rove the efficiency and the detection rate of P lasm od ium.
