新时期高校德育教师角色转换的主要方向:由以向学生进行思想道
德灌输为主的 “德育权威”转换为德育主体的引导者和成长伙伴;由传
统的 “教书匠”转换为 “研究型”的德育教师;由单纯的德育课程执行
者转换为德育课程的设计者和开发者;由德育过程中的 “个人劳动者”
转换为合作者和社区公民道德的共建者。
新时期实现高校德育教师角色转换的主要策略:首先，树立主体性
德育理念，这是实现角色转变的关键。其次，加强角色学习，努力更新
和完善自身素质，这是实现角色转换的基础。最后，要建立顺应高校德
育教师角色转换的配套制度体系，为高校德育教师最终实现角色转换提
供有力的保障。

Abstract
Inrecentyears,thereform ofcollegemoraleducationhasbeen
continuouslycarriedouttobreakawayrfomthetraditionalmodel,yetthe
effectivenessofwhichisnotdesirableingeneral.Ofcourseitistheresultof
manyfactors,butthemainreasonisthatcollegemoraltutorscantswitch
theirrolestimely.Theyarethedirectexecutivesofmoraleducation,so
whetherthereformofmoraleducationcanbesuccessfulmainlyliesinthe
teachers.Furthermore,whethermoraltutorshavedefiniteroleconsciousness,
andswitchtheirrolesintimeatherequirementsofthetimesisthe
prerequisitetothefulfillmentofimpartingknowledgeandeducatingpeople.
However,sofarmostcollegemoraltutorsarestillrestrictedbythe
traditionalroleconsciousnessofspreadingmorality,impartingknowledge
andexplainingpuzzles,andarenotsensitivetothenewrequirementsput
forwardbythedevelopmentofmodemsocietyandindividuals.Therefore,
switchingtherolesofmoraltutorsbecomesanewandurgentproblemfor
studyanddiscussioninthecourseofthereformofcollegemoraleducation,
butnotmuchattentionispaidtotheproblem.Althoughtherearesome
relevantstudies,theyareallfarrfomsystematicanddeep;especiallythose
aboutthecollegemoraltutorsareindeedsomethingrare.Forthe
above-mentionedreasons,thepresentstudytriestooffersomeeffective
measuresforthereformofcollegemoraleducationthroughanalyzingand
exploringthenecessi饥directionsandstrategiesofswitchingcollegemoral
tutorsrolesinanewperiod.
Nowadays,theappearanceofinformationnetworkandglobaleconomy
hasstronglyaffectedtherelativelypureenvironmentofourcollegemoral
education,andpusheditintoalargerandmorecomplicatedbackgroundof
thetimes,whichhasextendedthestudentsspaceandchanne
