Methods There are two groups of 125 cases of patients with tubal preghancy keeping fallopian tube surgery patients. The team from 55 patients were put into 50% intraoperative application of the fallopian tube into glucose liquid residual cavity; and 70 cases of control group were without any drugs. In the preoperative and postoperative 3 days and after 7 days, both teams were measured blood beta HCG quantitative values. Result The team postoperative persistent ectopic pregnancy happened in 1, and the control group happened 4 cases, two groups of comparisons difference were not statistically significant (P 0.05). Two groups of preoperative and postoperative 3 days blood beta HCG value was not statistically significant difference (P 0.05); two groups of seven days after blood beta HCG value were compared with statistical significance (P 0.01). Conclusion Application high permeability glucose can prevent ectopic pregnancy conservative surgery sustainability of ectopic pregnancy occurs, and convenient for use, safe and effective, non-toxic side effects.
