47 欧洲花楸组织培养的研究 1 2 1 1* 1 1 包文泉 ，邹薇薇 ，朝洛蒙 ，白玉娥 ，田有亮 ，何炎红 1. 内蒙古农业大学林学院 内蒙古呼和浩特 010019 ；2. 赤峰天虹花卉市场 内蒙古赤峰024000 摘要：以欧洲花楸成熟种胚为外植体和 MS 为基本培养基，诱导不定芽和不定芽增殖、生根、 炼苗的研究。结果表明：诱导不定芽的最适宜激素配比为 NAAO.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L；不定 芽增殖的最适宜激素配比为 IAA0.5 mg/L+6-BA0.2mg/L；生根最适宜激素配比为 1/2MS+IBA0.2 mg/L；最适宜的炼苗基质为蛭石：腐殖土：细沙=3:1:1。研究结果为欧洲花 楸远距离引种提供苗木。 关键词：欧洲花揪；成熟胚；不定芽增殖；再生植株 Study on the tissue culture for regeneration plan of Sorbus pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl 1 2 1* 1 1 BAO Wen-quan , ZOU Wei-wei ,CHAO luomeng,BAI Yu-e ,TIAN You-liang HE Yan-hong （1Forestry College ，Inner Mongolia Agricultural University ，Hohhot 010019, 2 Chi Feng Tian Hong flowers market 024000 ） Abstract: Sorbus pohuashanensis is a kind of virescent quality variety, which has not been fully developed and utilized till now. Characterized by clusters of orange-red fruit and tall bushes, this species is mostly seen in the temperate zone in northern hemisphere.The tissue culture for regeneration plan is the important technique available in the distance introduction and the rapid propagation for Sorbus pohuashanensis. In this paper the adventitious buds, the adventitious root and the increment of the adventitious bud were induced and studied using mature embryos as explant and MS medium. The result shows that the optimum medium, hormone combination and concentration for induce adventitious buds is :MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L;the optimum medium, hormone combination and concentration for the increment of the adventitious buds is MS+IAA0.5 mg/L+6-BA0.2mg/L; the optimum medium, hormone combination and concentration for the rooting of the adventitious buds is :1/2MS+IBA0.2 mg/L.
