基于web技术的工业控制系统的研究

摘 要：以太网技术的不断成熟使得工控领域在技术层面上发生了很大变化；以太网远程控制技术的兴起使得国内外
大型制造企业开始普遍采用网络化控制系统来控制生产加工。本文设计了一种基于web 的远程控制系统，该系统采用JSP
与Servlet 技术编写Web 服务器程序。在数据采集上采用OPC 技术获取生产线底层设备数据，将数据存储至Web 服务器，然
后设计并实现了现场数据与Web 服务器之间的实时交互。实验表明，本文设计的工业控制系统实现了预期的通过Web 浏览
器进行读写生产线设备数据的功能并实现了对生产现场远程调度、控制的功能。

Abstract:Abstract: Ethernet technology continues to mature industrial areas makes great changes took place at the technical level; rise of
Ethernet technology enables remote control of large domestic and foreign manufacturing companies generally begin using net-
worked control system to control production and processing. This paper presents a web-based remote control system, the system us-
es JSP and Servlet technologies write Web server program. On the data acquisition using OPC technology to get the production line
the bottom of the device data, the data is stored to a Web server, and then design and implement a real-time interaction between the
field data with the Web server. Experiments show that the design of industrial control systems to achieve the desired functionality
via a Web browser to read and write data line equipment and implemented on the production site remote scheduling, control func-
tions.
