1·24 · 中国国境卫生检疫杂志2005 年 6 月第 28 卷第 3 期　Chinese Frontier Health Quarantine Jun. 2005 , Vol 28 , No. 3 〔实验研究与疾病监测〕 2004 年中国国境口岸艾滋病流行病学分析 ( ) 张红兵 　张 　琳 　辽宁出入境检验检疫局 大连 　116001 　　摘要 　〔目的〕　通过对 2004 年中国国境口岸艾滋病病毒感染者的流行病学调查 ,掌握口岸艾滋病流行现状及 特点 ,为口岸艾滋病防控提供依据。 〔方法〕　对 2004 年全国各口岸检验检疫机关上报的艾滋病感染者病例资料进 行描述性流行病学回顾分析。 〔结果〕　我国口岸艾滋病流行呈明显增长趋势 ;2004 年艾滋病检出率较高的口岸为 ( ) ( ) ( ) ( ) ( ) 云南 10. 59 ‰ 、河南 2. 98 ‰ 、广西 0. 97 ‰ 、新疆 0. 91 ‰ 等 ;在出入境人员中 ,外籍人员艾滋病检出率 1. 47 ‰ ( ) 远远高于中国籍人员 0. 42 ‰ ,而外籍人员中以来自东南亚地区的感染最多 ; 口岸艾滋病感染者以男性中青年为 主 ,并且司机、服务从业人员艾滋病感染率较高。 〔结论〕　我国艾滋病传入的风险高于传出的风险 ;加强口岸重点 人群的艾滋病监测及艾滋病防治知识宣传和普及是防止艾滋病国际间传播的重要措施。 关键词 　口岸;获得性免疫缺陷综合征 ;流行病学 〔中图分类号〕R512. 91 　〔文献标识码〕B The Epidemial Analysis of AIDS at Chinese Fronese Ports in 2004 　Zhang Hongbing ,Zhang Lin.
