本科毕业论文 （20 届） 工业废水综合治理与废水处理厂设计 专业：化学工程与工艺 [摘要]：废水的严重污染已经严重影响人们的生活和环境。在如今为促进经济和谐稳步快速发展的同时，各地都在工业开发区进行污水处理厂的设计和建设工作。废水的综合治理就是对建厂地区要处理废水的主要杂质成分和数量进行了解，然后找到最合理、最经济、科学有效的解决方案，使用生物、物理、化学以及几种方法结合来进行处理。 本文进行对废水的危害、来源初步概述，以浙江绍兴化工园区进行厂址选择地点，收集需要处理的污水量与化学物质，主要是以工业废水为主，部分的厂区生活废水；利用生物、化学与物理法对污水进处理的方法，设计污水处理工艺流程。整个过程通过粗格经过污水提升泵提升后，，经过砂水分离的污水进入初次沉淀池，以上为一级处理(即物理处理)初沉池的出水进入生物处理设备，和生物膜，生物处理设备的出水进入二次，使活性污泥与处理的污水分离，并使污泥得到一定程度的浓缩二级处理二沉池的污泥一部分回流至初次沉淀池或者生物处理设备，一部分进入污泥浓缩池，之后进入污泥消化池。Industrial Wastewater Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plant [Abstract]：Polluted waste water has been severely affected peoples lives and the environment.
