本科毕业论文 (20 届) 饲料中不同蛋氨酸水平对真鲷体氨基酸组成及保留影响的研究 专业:水产养殖学 [摘要] 本实验以评价饲料中不同蛋氨酸水平对真鲷体氨基酸组成及保留的影响为目的,设计了一个为期8周的饲养实验。真鲷幼鱼分别饲养在18个圆柱形桶中,幼鱼初始体重为15±0.42g/尾。以鱼粉和大豆蛋白作为完整蛋白源,设计了六种添加了单体氨基酸的实验饲料(饲料包含48%的粗蛋白和14%的粗脂肪),其中的胱氨酸含量为0.33%,蛋氨酸含量分别为0.71%,0.91%,1.11%,1.31%,1.51%,1.71%。每种饲料设立三个平行组。不同蛋氨酸水平显著的影响了真鲷幼鱼的生长和饲料利用率(P0.05)。当蛋氨酸含量为1.31时,真鲷幼鱼的最大增重和特定生长率达到最大,氨基酸最为平衡(P0.05)。真鲷幼鱼的基础体成分受蛋氨酸水平的影响不显著(P0.05)。但是真鲷全鱼的蛋氨酸保留率表现出很大的不同(P0.05)。全鱼蛋氨酸保留率随蛋氨酸水平的升高而下降(P0.05)。回归分析SGR和氨基酸保留率可得在胱氨酸含量为0.33%的前提下,真鲷的最适蛋氨酸需要量为干饲料中的1.31%。 [关键词] 真鲷 蛋氨酸 体氨基酸组成 氨基酸保留率 最适需要量 Effect of different dietary methionine level on body amino acids composition and amino acids retention in red sea bream, Pagrus major [Abstract] An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to estimate the body amino acid composition and amino acid retention in red sea bream with the different dietary methionine level.The juvenile red sea bream(initial weightof 15±0.42 g, mean±SD) reared in 18 Cylindrical tank. Six amino acid test diets (48% CP and 14% lipid),using fish meal and soybean meal as intact protein sources supplemented with crystalline amino acids, were formulated to containgraded levels of methionine (0.71%, 0.91%, 1.11%, 1.31%, 1.51% and 1.71% of dry diet, respectively) at a constant dietary cystinelevel of 0.33%. Each diet was randomly assigned to three aquaria. Growth performance and feed utilization were significantly influenced by the dietary methionine levels (P0.05). Maximum weight gain, specific growth rate ratio and the best balance of amino acid occurred at 1.31% dietary methionine (P0.05). The body composition of juvenile red sea bream was not significantly affected by dietary methionine levels (P0.05),.However, the retention of methionine showed significant differences among these treatments (P0.05). the retention of methionine in body significantly decreased with an increase of dietary methionine (P0.05).
