· 72 · 中国美容整形外科杂志2010年2月第21卷第2期 ChinJAesthPlastSurg。Feb2010Vo1．21No．2 ’ 生物膜片在乳房悬 吊术 中的应用 郝立君， 韩剑宇， 于冬梅 ， 尚 勇， 罗 赛， 刁志勇， 吕远东 作者单位：150001 黑龙江 哈尔滨，哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院整形美容中心 第一作者：郝立君(1962一)，男，辽宁人，主任医师，教授，博士，博士生导师． 【摘要】 目的 探讨用生物膜片行乳房悬吊术治疗乳房下垂的适应证、手术技巧及优点。方 法 首先设计悬吊后的乳头位置，然后对乳房轻度下垂者于乳晕上缘行 “橘瓣”样切 口，对中、重度下垂 者采用 “双环”样切 口。沿设计切开皮肤后锐、钝性分离皮肤和乳腺组织，锐性分离皮下脂肪与腺体后将 生物膜片置入。自2007年 12月至2009年 10月，对 l8例乳房下垂患者行乳房悬 吊。结果 术后随访 其中的 l4例患者3一l8个月，下垂乳房上提高度2—6cm，有效率达 100％；乳房上极饱满、外形佳。其 中有2例乳房中度下垂患者的右侧乳晕上缘切 口处瘢痕较明显，余者均正常。患者满意率约为93％。 结论 将生物膜片应用于乳房悬 吊术，具有创伤小、操作简单、乳房外形佳、效果确实持久且安全等优 点，值得在临床上推广使用。 【关键词】 乳房下垂；生物膜片；悬吊术；乳房上提 doi：i0．3969／j．issn．1673-7040．2010．02．003 l中图分类号】R655．8 【文献标志码】A 【文章编号11673-7040(2010)02-0072-03 Theapplicationofbiomembraneflakeinsuspensionmammoplasty HAO~-jun，HAN肋 n—yu，YUDongm·ei，etaL (TheCosmeticPlastciCenter。FirstHospitalAffiliatedHar- binMedcialUnive~i@，Harbin150001，China) Abstract：Objective Toexploretheapplicability，surgicaltechniquesandadvantagesofbreastlifting withbiomembraneflake．Methods Thedesignofthepostoperativenipplepositionwasperformedanddifferent incisionsweredesingedaccordingtothedegreesofmastoptosis：the “orangevalvular’’incision attheupper edgeofareolaforthemildptosis；the “twinloop”incisionforthemoderateandsevereptosis．Sharpandblunt dissectionswereperformedbetweentheskinandbreasttissue，andbiomembraneflakewastheimplantedbe· tweensubcutaneousfatandbreastglandssharplydissected．From December2007toOctober2009，18casesof patientswithmastoptosishadperformedtheoperationmentionedabove．Results Fourteencaseswerefollowed upofr3—18monthspostoperatively，liftinghighnessWas from2to6cm withwell·stackedupperpoleandsatis· fledappearance．Th eliftingefficiencywas100％ ．Th esatisfactoryrateWas about93％ exceptfor2easeswith moderatehypertrophicSCra onupsideincision．Conclusion Th eapplicationofbiomembraneflakeinsuspen— sionmammoplastyhassuchadvantagesastinyinvasion，easyoperation，excellentmammary c
