眼科研究 2010年 1月第 28卷第 1期 · 71 · 临床研究 · 角膜致病性丝状真菌基因分型与临床意义分析白雪晴王智群李然罗时运邓世靖梁庆丰孙旭光 The relationship between the genotype and clinicalfactors offilamentous funguscausing·keratitis BaiXueqing，WangZhiqun，LiRan，LuoShiyun，DengShifing，LiangQingfeng，SunXuguang．Departmentof Ophthalmology，BeijingChildren’sHospital，CapitalUniversityofMedicalScience，Beijing100045，China Abstract Background Thestudyontheclassification offungiisveryimportantforthediagnosisandtreatmentoffungal keratitis．Identifyingthedifferentspeciesoffilamentousfungiisacriticalfactorfortheapplication ofanti—funga!drugin treating keratitis． Objective Thisreportstudiestherelationshipbetweenthegenotypeoffilamentousfungiandtheclinicalfactors． M ethods Fifty—twopatientswith filamentousfungalkeratitisdeterminedbyclinicalandlaboratoryexaminationwererecruitedin TongrenHospitalfrom January2006一December2006．Thelesionsweregradedon theseverity ofthecornealulcerandthe presenceofhypopyon．Thefilamentousfungalkeratitiswastreatedwith topicalandsystemicadministrationofanti—fungaldrugsor cornealtransplantation．Theisolateswerecultured inpotato cultureand identifiedbymorphologicalcharacteristicsbasedon the NelsoncriterionandgenotypedbytherDNA ITSmethod．Theclinicaldatawasretrospectivelyanalyzed． Results Forty—eight species(eubacteriaarebacteria，notfungi)offunguswereidentifiedbymorphologicalcharacteristics，andthefilamentousfungi weredivided into4 typesbased on the phylogenetic relationshipswithin the rDNA ITS of the 52 filamentousfungi．The morphologicalcharacteristicsand genotypewereconfirmed in 48 strainsofeubacteriaand31 strainsof52 filamentousfungi (90．3％ )．The4groupsoffungiwereclassifiedbygenotypeasfollows：group 1represents22 strainsincluding20strainsof Fusarium
