供应链管理论文：供应链管理模式下A公司JIT采购的研究 【中文摘要】随着贸易全球化的进程以及信息技术和计算机网络的飞速发展,改变了企业的运作模式,企业对协同发展以及整体运作的要求也越来越高,形成了供应链管理,而全球供应链系统合作关系将影响制造商和他们顾客之间在全球范围内做交易的方式。而采购作为企业日常经济活动中的一个重要环节,在供应链管理模式下,采购的多样性也就体现出来。尤其是准时制(JIT)采购,在恰当的时间、恰当的地点、恰当的数量、恰当的质量提供恰当的物品,从而体现企业供应链管理的协调性、同步性和集成性。准时化采购不但能最好地满足用户需要,而且可以极大地消除无效库存、最大限度地消除浪费,从而极大地降低企业的采购成本和经营成本,提高企业的竞争力。本文通过供应链管理环境下JIT采购理论的分析和研究,结合A公司现有的实际采购情况,来探讨A公司在供应链管理模式下,如何将JIT采购的方法和思路运用到采购工作中。本文简要描述了供应链管理模式下JIT采购在国外与国内的应用情况,提出A公司现有采购过程中存在的问题,然后从理论角度分析研究供应链管理和JIT采购,说明A公司应用JIT采购必须在供应链管理的基础上进行,并从A公司的实际出发,对供应链环境下JIT采购模式进行设计,强调与供应商之间的战略合作伙伴关系,进行内外部流程再造,建立高效的信息平台,进行供应商有效管理。 【英文摘要】The enterprise Operation Modes have been changed, as the process of Economic Globalization, Information Technology and Computer Network rapidly developed. The requests of cooperative development and integrated-operation from enterprise have become higher and higher, thus the management of supply chain comes into being, at the same time the cooperative relationship based on global supply chain system will affect transaction way on a global scale between the manufacturers and their clients.However, purchasing as an important role for enterprise抯 routine activity, its diversity is executed in the mode of supply chain management. Especially in the way of Just in Time (JIT) purchasing, supplying appropriate goods in appropriate time, appropriate place, appropriate quantity and appropriate quality will reflect harmony, synchrony and integration in supply chain management. JIT purchasing not only greatly entertains client抯 requests, but also eliminates invalid stocks and waste to the uttermost. Therefore, JIT purchasing can greatly reduce enterprise抯 purchasing and management cost, enhance enterprise抯 competitiveness.This paper discusses the ways and methods of conducting the JIT purchasing theory under the Supply Chain Management mode, with real conditions of A company, based on the study of JIT purchasing theory under SCM.And this paper introduced the survey of JIT purchasing under SCM
