Under the cultural influences, CSS plays an important and encouraging role on the comprehensive development of universities, and also interacts the whole portray of imagines in universities. The rapid development of Chinese higher education stirs up constructions of campus so rapidly expanded that it is strongly demanded to expand campus constructions, consider their building on a large scale, and pursue the grandeur of the architecture, which has a conflict with original campus culture at the same with the whole development, together with affecting designs and developments of CSS. This paper puts forward to design strategies of CSS in order to resolve common existing problems caused by unrealistic constructions and cultural lack.
