摘 要 G 铝业有限责任公司作为中西部地区的一家国有大型企业，近年来通过不断的改 革，其面貌发生了巨大的变化。但在未来的发展过程中，公司面临着激烈的竞争和非 常严峻的形势。如何直面危机、应对挑战，使公司步入有序良好的发展轨道，是企业 当前所面临的最为紧迫任务。 本文从G 铝业有限责任公司的现状及未来总体发展的角度出发，在对公司进行全 面、深入、客观调研的基础上，运用区域经济学、企业战略管理、财务管理、市场营 销等理论，通过纵向与横向对比的方法，全面深入地分析了G 铝业有限责任公司目前 及未来所面临的外部环境，包括铝行业、宏观环境分析(PEST 分析)和竞争环境分析； 内部环境包括企业组织与管理的结构和现状、企业业务经营的现状等内容。通过BCG 业务组合矩阵、杜邦财务分析法、标杆法、SWOT 矩阵等工具的运用，提出了G 铝业 有限责任公司的发展战略选择和战略组合。根据企业内外部环境的分析，在明确G 铝 业有限责任公司战略规划的基本思路、战略原则的基础之上，提出G 铝业有限责任公 司未来五年的战略规划，并就市场营销、财务管理、人力资源等各经营业务领域战略 实施制定了具体措施与安排。最后提出G 铝业有限责任公司战略规划的具体实施进度 表，以及为保证战略顺利实施而必需的战略调整与控制措施方案。 论文的主要贡献在于，采用实证研究的方法，以大量的数据资料为前提，运用所 学的管理知识，在对G 铝业有限责任公司内外环境作了详尽分析的基础上，提出了针 对性、操作性较强的发展战略。 关键词：G 铝业公司 发展战略诊断 战略规划 实证调研 Abstract G Aluminum Ltd., as a large state-owned enterprises in central and western regions, has undergone tremendous changes through continuous reform in recent years.
