To compare with western countries, crisis management being used in enterprise’s management with a later start, it’s extremely adverse to the development of Chinese enterprises, so it’s imperative to make the crisis management as the new strategy of the enterprise’s management. This paper, based on the theory of crisis management, first through the analysis of the crisis publicist about Menniu in the melamine event, reveals the common problems in the area of the crisis management of the Chinese enterprises. Secondly, through the analysis of the situation and the existing problems of Chinese crisis management. Finally, propose the strategy of improving the crisis management level of Chinese enterprises.
