高层建筑防火与疏散设计 　　摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展与繁荣，高层建筑不断增多，但高层建筑重大火灾也时有发生。而造成这一情况的原因，往往与高层建筑数量多、体量大并且功能也越来越复杂的特点息息相关。由于不同类型的高层建筑是人们生活和生产的主要场所，同时更是财产高度集中的场所，因此可以说对人们的危害是最直接、最严重的就是高层建筑火灾，所以近年来火灾防治的主要方面就是高层建筑火灾。近年来火灾的发生随着商业建筑的不断增多，组件呈现出上升的趋势。给而商业建筑的防火和安全疏散设计在其大规模、大空间、多功能的特点下往往会比普通建筑的更加的困难。因此，社会目前对商业建筑防火与疏散设计的关注重点就是如何预防和减少火灾的损失。因此，研究高层建筑防火与疏散设计，具有十分重要的意义。 　　 　　关键词：高层建筑; 防火 ;疏散设计 　　Abstract:With the continuous development and prosperity of Chinas economy, the increasing high-rise buildings, but the tall building major fires have occurred from time to time. Due to the different types of tall building is the main place for people life and production, but also the property of highly concentrated place, so it can be said that the damage to people is the most direct, the most serious is the high-rise building fire, so in recent years the main aspects of fire prevention is the high layer building fire. Therefore, the focus of social commercial building fire safety and evacuation design is how to prevent and reduce fire losses.
