摘 要 发动机是汽车的重要组成，是车辆运行的动力来源。随着电子控制技术的采用，其结构也变得越来越复杂，因此发动机故障发生的频率增大，其诊断难度也不断提高。这样就使得发动机成为汽车故障诊断与检测的重点对象，由于我国汽车工业发展较晚，汽车电子与发达国家差距很大，国内广大汽车维修人员普遍对发动机电控系统的故障诊断这方面的系统知识，存在着一种神秘感，给维修工作带来许多困难，所以进行汽车发动机故障诊断技术的研究对于改善和提高我国的汽车检测诊断技术非常重要。 本文从伊兰特发动机电控系统的工作原理入手，就发动机电控系统的一些常见故障进行深入分析。首先介绍了电控点火装置（ESA）、电子燃油喷射系统（EFI）、废气再循环控制（EGR）、怠速控制（ISC）、气门正时控制（VTEC）、油气蒸发控制（EVAP）等，论述了它们的组成、工作原理和作用。其次，介绍了电控系统诊断的注意事项、常用工具与常用仪器、故障诊断与检修的一般程序与基本方法等；并详细分析了发动机电控系统常见故障的诊断，具体论述了各种故障的检测诊断的方法，步骤等。最后，以伊兰特发动机的常见故障诊断为例，针对具体故障现象，分析可能的原因，并提出故障排除方法。 关键词：发动机；电控系统；故障诊断 Abstract The engine is an important component of automobile, is the power source of vehicle operation. With the use of electronic control technology, its structure has become more and more complex, so the engine fault frequency increases, its diagnostic difficulty also increase. This makes the engine become the focus of fault detection of automotive, due to late development of Chinas automobile industry, automotive electronics and a large gap with the developed countries, the majority of domestic automobile repair personnel generally in the engine electronic control system fault diagnosis systems for this knowledge, there is a sense of mystery, brings many difficulties for the repair work, research so the engine fault diagnosis technology is very important to improve and enhance Chinas auto detection and diagnosis technology.
