中学校园文化建设研究——以西安交通大学苏州附属中学为个案  中文摘要  中学校园文化建设研究 ——以西安交通大学苏州附属中学为个案 中文摘要 独具特色的校园文化不仅可以重塑学校新的凝聚力，而且对全体成员具有素质教 育的培养功能、行为规范的导向功能、求知欲望的激发功能、心理健康的缓解功能、 道德品质的约束功能等，使校园生活充满生机活力，成为推进学校和谐健康发展的重 要载体。如何构建富有特色的校园文化也成为家长、学生、社会各界普遍关心的话题。 本文以西安交通大学苏州附属中学作为考察对象，采用个案研究的方法，通过深 入剖析该校的精神文化、制度文化与物质文化，并与全国其他中学校园文化进行横向 比较，从而总结特色校园文化的构建经验，上升为普适的原则。 文章认为，特色校园文化建设应关注科学精神与人文精神的结合，坚持外显文化 与内隐文化并重，坚持主文化和亚文化相结合，共性与个性的协调，就是要立足学校 的传统，彰显地域文化特征，具有现代理念。  【关键词】： 校园文化  特色发展 素质教育  作  者：彭乐雨  指导老师：单 强 I 中学校园文化建设研究——以西安交通大学苏州附属中学为个案  中文摘要  Study on Construction of Campus Culture in Secondary Schools ——A Case Study of Suzhou High School Affiliated to Xi’An Jiaotong University Abstract Campus culture with unique features can not only remold the cohesiveness of a school, but also have the functions of cultivation for essential-quality-oriented education (EQO), guidance for codes of conduct, motivation of thirst for knowledge, buffer for psychological problems and constriction of moral characters. Distinctive campus culture with vitality can be an important carrier for harmonious development of a school. The theme on construction of distinctive campus culture attracts public responses as well as students and their parents. In this article, Suzhou High School attached to Xi’an Jiaotong University was examined as a case study. The construction experience shall be summarized with the completion of horizontal comparisons made among other high schools nationwide in the aspects of spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture. It’s pointed out that the construction of campus culture should focus on the combination of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, as well as implicit and explicit cultures. The combination of dominant culture and sub-culture, individuality and universality goes permanently hand in hand with the tradition of a school with highlighted regional culture and modern concept.
