The investigation were about perimenopausal womens health needs and community health service needs and utilization. Results Perimenopausal women had a strong demand for community health services.Disease diagnosis and treatment, regular and comprehensive examination,health advisory were the top three. They 、 、 accounted for 84.00% 95.00% 81.00%.Preferred community health services accounted for only 36% of those surveyed.Conclusion Improving the functions of the community health service institutions, and strengthening the infrastructure of the community health service institutions, were the need to provide convenient, economical and effective, life and health services for women in the perimenopausal period.
