青春期女性应用复方口服避孕药炔雌醇环丙孕酮对骨矿物质密度的影响_医学论文 青春期女性应用复方口服避孕药炔雌醇环丙孕酮对骨矿物质密度的影响_医学论文 盖凌 尉红岩 张爱东 王时灿 张美华 【摘要】 目的观察复方口服避孕药(COCs)炔雌醇环丙孕酮(ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate )对青春期女性骨矿物质密度(BMD)的影响。方法选择134例年龄16～18岁女性应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮，用药24个月选择115例年龄16～18岁从未应用激素避孕药女性做对照应用双能X线吸收法测量腰椎和股骨颈骨矿物质密度。结果观察组用药2年后腰椎和股骨颈平均骨矿物质密度从基础值分别上升了0.20%和0.49%而对照组则从基础值分别上升了1.88%和1.10%用药2年后，炔雌醇环丙孕酮组与对照组相比骨矿物质密度差异无显著性(Pgt0.05)。结论年龄16～18岁女性应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮避孕药2年对骨矿物质密度没有不利影响。 【关键词】 复方口服避孕药炔雌醇环丙孕酮骨矿物质密度避孕 　　The effect of combined oral contraceptive-ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate use on bone mineral density in adolescent females 　　GAI Ling,WEI Hong-yan,ZHANG Ai-dong,et al.Key Laboratory for Improving Birth Outcome Technique, Shandong Provincial Institute of Science and Technology for Family Planning, Jinan 250002, China 　　[Abstract]ObjectiveThe objective of the study is to compare adolescents bone mineral density (BMD) between users of ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate and nonhormonal control subjects. MethodsThe study included 134 women aged between 16 and 18 years using ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate for 24 months and 115 women aged between 16 and 18 years using nonhormonal contraception as control subjects. BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck were obtained using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. ResultsAfter 24 months of ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate oral administration, as compared to baseline, the mean BMD in lumbar spine and femoral neck were increased by 0.20% and 0.49%, respectively. While in the nonusers group, the mean BMD were increased by 1.88% and 1.10%, respectively. Lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD in women who used ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate were no significant difference compared to the subjects in nonuser (Pgt0.05).
