  新型工业基地生态文明建设实现路径探析 陈国富 (中共重庆市长寿区委党校，重庆 400030) 摘要：生态文明作为一种新型的文明形态，是对工业文明进行反思的结果。马克思主义生态文明观的核心理念就 是人与自然和谐共生、良性发展，它还提出了实践的人化自然、“人类同自然的和解”及“人类本身的和解”的 思想，为正确处理人与自然的关系指明了方向。区域生态文明建设应当协调处理好开发与环境保护之间的关系， 破除对传统发展模式的路径依赖，走新型工业化与生态文明建设协调发展之路，推进制度创新，构建生态生产和 生活方式，以新型工业化推进区域循环经济的发展。 关键词： 新型工业基地；生态文明建设；实现路径 On the Path to Achieve New Industrial Base of the Construction of Ecological Civilization CHEN Guofu (Changshou District Party Committee Party School of Chongqing, Chongqing, 400030, China) Abstract: Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization, is the reflection of industrial civilization.
