口腔鳞癌中Ets-2、MMP-9表达及其意义_临床医学论文 口腔鳞癌中Ets-2、MMP-9表达及其意义_临床医学论文 【摘要】 目的 探讨Ets-2、MMP-9在口腔鳞癌中的表达。方法 应用PV-9000两步免疫组织化学染色法检测Ets-2、MMP-9在68例口腔鳞癌组织、19例口腔粘膜上皮异常增生组织和15例正常口腔粘膜组织的表达情况，分析其在口腔粘膜癌变过程中的变化趋势及在各组间表达的差异。结果 1.Ets-2三组总体及组间比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；在OSCC患者按年龄、性别、瘤体大小等分组间比较Ets-2的表达无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；在按有无淋巴结转移、临床分期等分组间比较Ets-2的表达差异有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。2. MMP-9的表达三组总体差异及组间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。在OSCC患者按年龄、性别、瘤体大小等分组间比较MMP-9表达无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；在按有无淋巴结转移、临床分期等分组间比较MMP-9的表达差异有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。3.在口腔鳞癌组织中，Ets-2与MMP-9的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.153，P＜0.05)。结论 Ets-2、MMP-9的异常表达可能在口腔鳞癌的发生发展中起重要的作用。 【关键词】 口腔鳞状细胞癌 Ets-2 MMP-9 免疫组织化学 【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the expression of Ets-2、MMP-9 in oral squamous cell carcinorma.Methods The two-step immunohistochemistry technique (PV-9000), was used to discover the expression of Ets-2 and MMP-9 in 68 OSCC tissues, 19 DOM tissues and 15 NOM tissues, and to analyze their expressions in different tissues. Results 1 As to the expression of Ets-2,statistical significance was observed between the highly and moderately as well as poorly groups (P＜0.05),but not between moderately and poorly groups(P=0.534).The results showed there was no significant difference between the groups divided by sex, age and size of tumor(P＞0.05),but it linked with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P＜0.05).2 As to the expression of MMP-9,statistical significance was observed between the highly and moderately as well as poorly groups (P＜0.05),but not between moderately and poorly groups(P=0.589).The results showed there was no significant difference between the groups divided by sex, age and size of tumor(P＞0.05), but it related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P＜0.05).3 There was positive correlation between Ets-2 and MMP-9 in oral squamous cell carcinorma(r=0.153,P＜0.005).
