ll38 ChinOphthalRes，December2009，Vo1．27，No 12 · 专题论坛 · 中国眼科基本药物目录探析辛红霞刘伟王利杰 Analysisofthemedicinelistessentialforeyesin China XinHongxia，LiuWei，WangLijie．CollegeofPharmacy，ZhengzhouUniversity，Zhengzhou450001，China Abstract 0bjective ThenationalessentialmedicineselectsystemisthecoreofChinesemedicinepolicy．Howtoselect drugsfundamentalforeyesscientificallyisan importantringinestablishingtheChineseessentialdrugsystem．Thepresentstudy attempted tocomparetheNationa1EssentialMedicinesListandNationalEssentialInsuranceListofChinawith thatoftheW HO inordertoprovidereasonableevidenceofrtheadjustmentofanewNationa1EssentialMedicinesListofChina． Methods The WHOEssentialMedicineList(15thedition，Versionin2007)，NationalEssentialMedicineList(Versionin2009，China)，2009 NationalEssentialMedicineListChemicalMedicineName (Versionin2009)andNationalEssentialInsuranceListofChina (Versionin2004)werereviewed．ThesimilarityanddifferenceinthecategoryandnumberofdrugsintheNationalEssential MedicinesListandNationa1EssentialInsuranceListbetweenChinaandW HO werecomparedandanalyzed．A descriptivemethod wasadoptedtoanalyzethesortsandnumbersofeyedrugsinthelistsmentionedabove．Theanalysisofdrugpricewasbasedon thesummarysheetfrom ZhejiangProvince． Results Littledifferencewasfoundinthenumbersofeyedrugsbetweenthe NationalEssentialMedicinesListofChinaandWHO EssentialMedicinesList．Differencesinthesortsofeyedrugswereobserved in the lists．especiallybetween theNationalEssentia1MedicinesListofChinaandW HO EssentialMedicinesList．Exceptofr levofloxacin．al1ofthedrugsin theNationalEssentialMedicineListofChinawereincluded in theNationalEssentialInsurance ListofChina． Conclusion The selecting principleand renewingprocedure oftheNationalEssentialMedicinesListand NationalEssent
