猴头菇袋泡茶加工工艺研究

摘要:优化猴头菇子实体预处理、提取、浓缩加工工艺,使猴头菇子实体分选后经4mg/kg的臭氧水浸泡10rain清洗,再
取猴头菇多糖、猴头菌素等有效成分,得到的猴头菇浸膏与绿茶按l:2配伍,55℃下烘干再粉碎成50目制成猴头菇袋泡
茶。采用该工艺研制的袋泡茶,很好地保持了猴头菇中有效成分的生物活性,既具有猴头菇的保健功效,又具有绿茶的
香气,具有较好的市场前景。
